INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
General information
Children's race (0 - 6 years): Route around the football pitch (350m).
Children's race (7 - 10 years): A circuit around the football field connected with a paddock around the "battlefield" of the Josefín Festival (1000m).
Children's race (11 - 14 years): A circuit around the football pitch and then a run through the intravalan of the fortress system, partly also inside the fortress (1500m).
Main race: A unique fortress city from the point of view and places that are not normally visited by tourists. The historical structure of the reservoir, which was repaired at the start of the race, is certainly interesting, the run along the kynet between the ramparts in the fortifications, and the view of the 9-hole golf course, discharge and inflow sluices incl. of the water mill, a view of the lower and upper water gates of the fortress and thus the entire unique fortress system. The race is 6,852 meters long and features an undemanding track that is used by locals for walks or bike rides around the unique fortress town.
*Accompanying program: soldiers in period uniforms and the start of runs with a cannon shot.
