- Communication and PR - event propagation through media partners, ambassadors and TV, social networks, website, news, photo gallery

- Online registration - websites, runners registration for races, selling official T-shirts, team competition

- Manual for preparition and organizing the event

- Virtual storage - there will be for download official logo, font, posters, press releases, graphic documentation, navigation, other labels

- Personal cast – organizing team, volunteers, other helpfull positions 

- Local ambassadors and significant personalities from region, reaching municipalities

- Permissions for race - if the race route is on public road it is necessary to inform local authorities for permissions and also police and health services

- Route marking and safety

- Representative presentation of partners and banners

- Propagation of the event in local media

- Distribution of starting packages

- Time measuring

- Dressing rooms and toilets, accompanying program, refreshment

- Sending photos and videos after the race
